Ikea Besta defects in high gloss fronts, exchange possible?

Hello,
Last week we bought the system Besta for the living room with the high gloss fronts. Out of a total of 15 fronts, several are defective. One drawer has black streaks in the gloss and two small doors have a groove right in the middle, which is very visible but not palpable. Does anyone here know this problem and if so, can I probably exchange the fronts?
Furthermore, I am having real problems with adjusting the drawers. They are crooked and therefore rub. Does anyone have a trick for this? It is the hinges for pressing. Thank you very much for the answers.

1) Of course you can complain about the defective fronts. You can even exchange everything if you don't like it after all, provided you have the receipt and it was purchased after 25.8.2014.

2) What is crooked? Where does it rub? Photo?
