Ikea Basisk wall lamp, lampshade wobbles

Hello,

I urgently need help assembling my Ikea BASISK wall lamp.

The instructions don't say how to attach the lampshade to the rod, and when I put the lampshade on the rod it wobbles weirdly and I don't think that's how it should be.

Does anyone have the same lamp and can help me?

Put lampshade over the socket, screw plastic ring onto the socket, screw in the bulb, turn on..
