IKEA BASISK Wall Lamp: Bulb change not working?!

I have a small problem, maybe I'm doing something a bit stupid

We have an IKEA BASISK wall lamp, whose bulb broke after three years. I just can't unscrew this bulb! With a lot of force, I manage to turn something, but then the entire arm of the lamp turns and the bulb stays where it is. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I really don't know what, I didn't find anything in the manual either.

Maybe someone has had the same problem with this IKEA BASISK wall lamp?

unfortunately, it is the case that light bulbs like to "seize up". They practically burn themselves into the lamp socket. If you have the possibility to hold the lamp socket steady, you should be able to unscrew the bulb with gentle force. If possible, try to remove the lampshade; it is attached externally by a thread. Quite fiddly but my only idea.
