Ideas for relocating the power outlet

Hello,

behind one of my tall cabinets there are two power outlets that I would like to use. I am currently considering whether to simply cut an opening through the back panel or to install a power strip inside the cabinet using two short Schuko cables. Has anyone done something like this before?

and why not support it, place a short piece of flexible 16mm pipe over it, embed the UP boxes in plaster and install proper sockets in the tile backsplash?

Take a look at the Schulte Evoline flat plugs with 3-socket outlet. [Ggfls.] might help you. Otherwise, I would install sockets in the cabinet unit (not the back panel) just as YOU say, with the extension.
