Hello dear construction experts,
we have chosen large-format, anthracite-colored HPL panels for the facade cladding.
Part of it has already been installed, see photos.
The substructure is made of wood.
At first glance, it is clear that the facade does not have the smooth appearance we envisioned and that we also know from photos of comparable claddings.
The initial statement from the craftsman company was basically "it can't be done differently" – which we do not want to accept.
An acceptance has, of course, not yet taken place.
Does anyone know this issue?
How could these indentations have occurred?
How can the damage be repaired or prevented in the case of a reinstallation?
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Janine
