Good day,
I am looking for ceiling spotlights for my house that can be installed into the ceiling. Unfortunately, there is no suspended ceiling, so classic spotlights with clips cannot be attached.
Does anyone have an idea how I can install such spots without a suspended ceiling? Or any specific products for this.

I would really appreciate your support.

Concrete ceilings are static/load-bearing elements, so you must not do anything at all. Do not drill (100mm), how do you expect not to hit any rebar, do not chase (they also need electricity). Is it even your house, or rented?

not at all.

Or completely hang down and thus create a suspended ceiling.

Would battens and then drywall actually work? I'm just thinking about how you would have to attach the battens to the ceiling.

Good day, thank you for your reply. The house is from the 90s and I am now looking for a solution because the old spotlights need to be replaced and I cannot find current spotlights for this type of construction. Therefore, I look forward to support!
