How to dismantle IKEA TÄRBY ceiling light?

Hello,
I want to take down my ceiling light TÄRBY...
The thing won't come down from the ceiling. On the element mounted on the ceiling, there are arrows indicating the rotatability of the element. Now I have turned it in all directions until it stopped and the result is only that the lamp no longer works...
Does anyone of you have experience with this or still have instructions for it lying around?
I installed it a few years ago and just don't remember how anymore :(

I have a vague memory, but I’m not sure.
Is that the ceiling lamp with the wooden handle? :confused:
There should be one screw on each side. You would need to unscrew them, then a rod should appear that you pull out; it holds the lampshade. The light unit should normally be screwed to the ceiling. First turn off the power, then dismantle the lamp.
