Hello everyone,

I am just starting to plan my house and decide how I want it!

I already have a plot, the only problem is that it is a hollow or hole.
More precisely, there are two plots, the second belongs to my brother.
The plots together are about 32m x 60m and almost 3m deep!
I actually planned to build without a basement and I wanted to know if I fill it up,
will I then need support pillars for the ground foundation, or can the soil be compacted
enough to be sufficient?

Best regards

For the ground conditions, of course ;)

Commission a soil surveyor and then discuss the results with your planner. After that, you will know whether simple compaction is sufficient or whether further measures need to be taken.

Rhenish greetings
