The "genuineness" of the "brick cladding" is hard to assess, the lintels confuse me. At the eaves I seem to make out counter battens. 1950s, I would almost even say first half. The windows look younger, the chimney head was re-"slated" around 1980 (could be Eternit).

Don’t you have anything besides this picture - no plans, nothing from the inside?

Overall, judging by the exterior I would say "well maintained, but hopelessly old-fashioned." The wooden stairs creak. The interior doors are probably renewed or modernized.
