Hello everyone,
I just can’t estimate how long and how much we should save to then build a house, of which I don’t know what it is allowed to cost.
I hope that maybe I can get some help and advice here.
About our situation:
unmarried, no children
Net income: 3100 Euro
Equity (only freely available): 5000 Euro (unfortunately not more yet but I only started working last year)
1st building savings contract (partner): ready for allocation next year, savings sum 10,000 Euro
2nd building savings contract (partner): concluded last year, savings sum 40,000 Euro
3rd building savings contract (me): concluded last year, savings sum 88,000 Euro
In addition, there are 2 life insurance policies and 2 pension insurance policies, which I don’t know if they can still be factored in.
Currently, however, we only pay a very low basic rent of about 270 Euro, so there is not much saving potential there, but better than nothing.
Additionally, 150 Euro goes into a savings account every month. It would be possible to put in a bit more, so there are still reserves, but one also wants to spend a little.
So, those are the key data for now, I’m curious to hear what you think.
Best regards
