How much does it cost to build a small hut?

Hello dear community,

I am new here, so if I am doing something wrong, please let me know.
I am thinking about building a small cabin in the Austrian Salzburg region (south of Salzburg).
I already own a plot of land, so only the cabin would need to be built.
By a small cabin, I mean about the size 11x7 with closed walls (one room, the largest, for living and sleeping, one room as a kitchen 1.5x2, and one as a bathroom 3x1.5).
There should be no heating system (heating should be done with fire in a fireplace), water and electricity installed, and mostly wood used (I have imagined logs as walls). Also a roof on top and preferably a nice small balcony.

I have to say that I have hardly any knowledge or experience in house building and do not know if I can manage it without instructions. Possibly I would hire someone to make it possible or I will try with full force.
My only question is how much it would cost to build such a cabin. I would also gladly accept advice or tips. If I have forgotten anything, please let me know.

Is this permitted in Austria? In Germany, you would have to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance and have a building permit. It is not that small either. The floor area is similar to most houses here in the forum. Self-built wooden huts come from Scandinavia and Canada.

Estimate about 200,000 euros.
