How long does it take from surveying to obtaining the building permit?

does anyone have an idea or even know exactly how long a land survey takes? This has to be submitted to the [Katasteramt]? Then the building application follows?

Approximately how much time does that take?

I wouldn't even know that this is necessary. The property must be registered with the land registry office anyway. The house is already marked in the building permit. The surveyor only comes when the scaffolding is set up. So shortly before construction begins. Or are there other regulations?

the plot of land does exist (1300 sqm) but is not yet registered at the land registry office, which probably means (I think) that there is no cadastral map and parcel drawing yet. A surveyor must come and measure the plot correctly first, so that the exact size is known and then divided into parcels, one of which we will receive.?!
