How long between screed and handover?

Our screed should be finished on 3.7. When is it realistic to expect the handover? After 2 months? Or 3 months?....?? No basement, 108 sqm (click vinyl done by ourselves, tiles by the tiler of the construction company), 1.5 storeys... Thank you, Alberto

Here screed also at the beginning of July. Tiles at the beginning of August, handover on 1.9. Similar house size.

Here screed 26.02., handover expected on 29.05.

At 3 months you are on the safe side. You need at least 2 months.

Screed until 3.5.19, planned move-in from 15.7.19

Could work. Tiles at the end of May, then painter, etc....
