How high are notary costs for new construction projects?

Hello everyone,

I am currently still in the "information gathering phase" and maybe those who have already built can help me.

Approximately how high are the notary fees or the 3 entries in the land register? I have found information ranging from €1,000 to €10,000...?!
Are the 3 land register entries included in the 1.5% notary fees, or are they additional on top?

1.5% was the total for us including all the bells and whistles at the notary.
