How do you dispose of oil radiators? Is there cash for the iron?

Hello!

Yes, here I am again with my old building problems... :D This house was heated with radiators years ago, which was of course an absolute no-go for us. New heaters were professionally installed and the things—at the request of my aunt (the owner)—were moved to the attic. She is a bit older and believed that they might still be needed somehow—which of course is not the case.

The fact is: these things have to go! But where to and by whom? Someone advised me to simply register them as bulky waste—is that possible?

Hello Leeloo,

If you are from Austria, you can put the oil radiators out for bulky waste. But there are recycling centers where you can bring the radiators.

hello

to my knowledge, oil radiators are classified under the category of cooling and freezing appliances due to the liquid content, and therefore, essentially the same disposal method is required.
