How do you calculate the provisioning interest?

Quick question:
How do you calculate the amount of the monthly payment based on the [Bereitstellungszinsen]?

From May, we pay 0.25% [Bereitstellungszinsen] for EUR 57,000 KfW loan. From July, also 0.25% for EUR 181,000 bank loan.

How can I now calculate the monthly burden? Does the 0.25% apply per month or per year? Per month it would be EUR 142.00 for the EUR 57,000...

Commitment fees usually amount to 3% p.a. (= 0.25% monthly).

57,000 EUR x 0.25% = 142.50 EUR monthly
181,000 EUR x 0.25% = 452.50 EUR monthly
