How do long panels affect our room?

Hello,
we have chosen laminate for our upper floor with a length of 1.84m and a width of 20cm. The whole thing in plank look (V4 groove).
Our room measures 4.30m*3.54m. On one long side, it has a two-meter-wide window front. I now have concerns that such long panels will not look right in this room. If I were to lay them longitudinally to the light incidence, not even two pieces would fit in one row.

Is my impression correct?

Hard to say without a picture. But you can try laying them down once as you imagine, and if it doesn't look right at all, you can think of something else.
