How do I keep a construction diary?

Hello guys

Now the house construction is starting. Since we are building ourselves and a construction diary is mandatory, I have to get some advice here on how to do it.

I have heard the following. Only the first name, last name, date and working hours need to be included.

e.g.

19.04.2012 Andreas Mustermann 8 hours masonry
19.04.2012 Marc Mustermann 7 hours paving work
21.04.2012 Paul Mustermann 14 hours tiling

Would that be sufficient and correct or how does it work?

I guess you mean for the proof to the BGBau, right? We received a letter from them with a template for something like that. Unfortunately, I don't have it handy right now. Maybe just call the BG.
