Hi everyone,

We have a 450m2 semi-detached house in prospect.
There is no development plan, i.e. adaptation to the neighboring houses regarding ridge and eaves height.
These are 10.50m and 7m.
3 full floors are allowed (II+DG)
Which roof is suitable here? Or rather, does a knee wall of 1m fit?
In the attic, we want to have as few slopes as possible.

Thanks for your ideas and advice

What from that is still valid, as I remember from your previous threads: brother is building the other half, parents are supposed to move in, ...?

No development plan – that already means: a different plot than in your first thread. Adjustment according to §34 is not limited to eaves and ridge heights. Where do the other details come from if there is no plan?

So brother is out, he is building elsewhere :-) The other half is still available at the moment. Parents are supposed to move into the ground floor now. and we [OG] and [DG]. The information comes directly from the building authority. Next door, a new building about 1 year old with a flat roof was approved next to a pitched roof. The height data comes from the surveyor :-)

What exactly did he measure: actual values of the surrounding existing buildings, and took the highest value as a reference point?

Yes, he measured the surrounding buildings. Each of the buildings located directly next to it has these ridge and eaves heights.

... are not already in toto the "surroundings" to be incorporated. At the very least, I would also consider all adjacent properties – even those separated by a street.
