House purchase - renovation measures - KfW amount. Which loan?

My journey starts with one of the first steps.
Financing / KFW funding/loans

We are about to buy a semi-detached house from 1953. Demolition is not an option. Basically, it needs a complete renovation. Who can create a list of necessary and sensible measures within the framework of KfW funding, preferably with a logical chronological order?
We need this list in order to ultimately have a sum X with which we can then finally clarify the financing and know how high the sum X is that we want to obtain through the KfW loan and what will be done with the money. Only when this is clarified can we finalize the financing question and complete the purchase!
The first appointment with an energy consultant was a disaster. Terrible advice. After 1.5 hours I was less knowledgeable than before....
The agency has not been on the market for long either. In any case, I will not become a customer there.

That is done by an architect. Ideally, both roles combined in one person, so there are no communication problems.

I would say so too.
You surely need an architect anyway to do the planning for you. They also have an energy consultant on hand.

Our GU, architect, and son energy consultant from Burgwedel would be such a symbiosis.
But I don’t know if the energy consultant nowadays has to be external. The architect will tell you that.
