House purchase 2024 - are there subsidies?

Hello everyone,

I bought a house in April. Built in 1963. I have 3 children.

I have searched and read a lot about subsidies and, probably, come to the conclusion that there is currently no subsidy available for me. But before I give up, I wanted to ask among people who are knowledgeable.

Does anyone know of a subsidy or something similar that I could apply for?

If you had asked before the purchase, the answer would have been "KfW Home Ownership Program". Of course, nothing can be done about it retroactively.

Does anyone have knowledge of any funding or similar that I could apply for?

From now on, only funding for energy-efficient renovations.
