Hello, thank you very much for the feedback. Just to clarify again, the company we are building with does not have to be based in BaWü itself. The point is so that you can build with the company in BaWü. We are initially interested in getting information about which companies are interesting in terms of price. Attached are some more details about the construction project: - a semi-detached house should be built (2DHH) - footprint per half approx. 8x11m - allowed is a TH=4.5m and FH=8.8m (gable roof) - size of the building plot approx. 500 sqm (0.4 buildable) - the plot is level - flooring + painting can be done as DIY - electrical, plumbing and bathrooms should be done - possibly with a basement but depends on the price - the house should have simple replacement options. At least with "Stein auf Stein" I would still stay in BaWü, I would not look from Calw all the way to France.
