House construction possible? Young, dynamic but uncertain...

my wife and I would like to have a house built.
Since the land prices are quite high here, we are planning with at least 300,000 Euros (max 100,000 for the land + 200,000 for a house)

Our current income (net) per month:

Husband: 3,300 Euros
Wife: 1,500 Euros

Currently no children.
Available capital: approx. 16,000 Euros
(So a 100% financing necessary)

What do you think, go for it or pass?

200,000 for the house will not be enough. Without a basement, you can certainly add another 60-100,000 on top of that. Keyword: ancillary construction costs. From your income, that should be quite doable. But ... the more equity, the better the interest rates, so maybe it's worth saving quite a bit more. It needs to be calculated through.
