House construction clear - and the surroundings? Cost estimate desired / Munich

we have been planning (for weeks now) how we will realize our dream of owning a home and with whom...

Since we are building turnkey, the cost estimate for the house and the adjacent double garage is clear. The demolition of an existing building, the earthworks involved, a sewer installation, and the storage and refilling of the property have also already been accounted for in terms of costs. However, for some points I have either found no information or only very vague indications of what one could approximately (or not) expect...

Specifically, it concerns:

- Connection costs for electricity, water, wastewater, Gas, telephone, cable TV,...
- Outdoor facilities - i.e. garden fence (the property is 16x25m), landscaping (lawn), door intercom system, etc...
- Other incidental costs that may arise for us or remain our responsibility?

Looking forward to corresponding figures - preferably and especially experience values, since everything is a bit more expensive in this region... ;)

You get the price down to the euro from your energy supplier

What exactly do you want? Best to ask a landscape gardener.
The intercom system should at least have the cable installed by your electrician.

We do not know your contract, so we also do not know what costs remain with you for the house.

Exterior facilities... I would say anything between 5,000 and 50,000 is realistic there.

House connection costs are the only thing you can know down to the cent if you know the distance to the transfer point.
