Hello,
we are interested in a semi-detached house built in 1993. The solid house is located on a slope. The outer masonry is 30 cm thick, the concrete partition wall to the other semi-detached house is 24 cm. Interior walls are made of calcium silicate solid brick (KSV) and 24 cm thick.
In the ground floor and upper floor there are some exclusively horizontal cracks in the rough plaster (mostly < 1 mm), partly 2 - 3 m long. These are mainly visible on the concrete partition wall to the other semi-detached house, but also on other interior and exterior walls. According to the owner, the cracks are not new and no longer changing. Some of the cracks have been covered with acrylic paint. I have attached four pictures.
Has anyone experienced similar cracking and can help to assess them.
Thank you very much! Fabian
