Highlights in the new building?

Hello, our construction started last week.
Have you planned any great features that are cost-effective?

We have, for example:
Water-carrying fireplace
Spyhole with monitor at the front door
Bathroom and guest WC doors without keys, but with this turn lock
Masonry shelf in the shower
Recessed power strip in the kitchen

Do you have any further suggestions?

Recessed spotlights in the stairwell to indirectly illuminate the stairs. Possibly power outlets in the window recess for future decorative lighting in the window. Several outdoor power outlets and two outdoor water taps (one at the back of the house and one at the front of the house). Electric roller shutters with control. Sensors on the windows to determine whether the windows are open/closed.
