our construction project is almost completed, but now the construction company has stopped communication. Neither I nor my architect can reach the construction company by phone. There are also no responses to emails and faxes...

We have agreed on a fixed price for our single-family house and would like to receive offers for the additional costs for sanitary, heating, etc.... Unfortunately, I am not getting these.

There are also some "little things," but the construction company does not want to address them ("He doesn't earn any more on it anyway...")

What can I do now... Construction is at a standstill... He has not declared a work stoppage, but we don't know what to do anymore....

If there is no more communication, either find a mediator - this is usually the most cost-effective solution - or consult a lawyer. If you just wait, time passes - nothing more; sometimes a certain "reminder" is needed :rolleyes:
