Helios informed me some time ago, upon my request, that they can also take over the commissioning of the ventilation system after the installation is completed. However, I have now learned that the commissioning service can only be ordered through wholesale. I obtained the components through online shops and installed them myself. Is it only possible to order the commissioning service through wholesale? Has anyone perhaps installed it themselves and then managed to get the commissioning directly from Helios?
