Have you received approval to convert storage space into living area?

Good day, I have a question in case anyone has experience with this.. I would be glad to receive some feedback.. I would like to use a storage room (as it is entered in the building plan) as living space. Does anyone know if I would have a chance to get that approved?! The storage room is practically inside the house, it is not a separate building that does not belong to the house.. It concerns an area of about 45 sqm. Thank you in advance and wish you a nice time!
