Haro Disano Designboden experiences?

Hello everyone, we are currently dealing with the Disano DesignBoden(SmartAqua) from Haro because it is supposedly tested for harmful substances and free of PVC/plasticizers and also carries the Blue Angel. Unfortunately, I have already read some negative experiences about it on the internet, e.g. streaks that cannot be removed. What is your experience with it and would you recommend it? Thank you.
