Hello everyone,
we have purchased a new building from a developer. We have now been informed which heating system will be installed. It is a gas condensing wall-mounted unit Hansa Condens 18-30 Standard with an OEG domestic hot water storage tank TWS 300-2 and OEG 4plus flat collectors with meander absorber.
Here in Essen, Hansa Heiztechnik products are rather unknown. Therefore, we fear that there could be problems with later repairs and maintenance because local companies are not familiar with the system and spare parts are not available from local suppliers.
What do you generally think of the system we are supposed to get? Are there better/more well-known alternatives in this price range? Maybe a Vaillant Eco Tec+?
