Hanghaus as a prefabricated house?

Hello folks,

we have a nice building plot in mind. However, it is on a slope, which doesn’t bother me so much, I wouldn’t mind a hillside house either.

I have always browsed the pages of Town & Country and with these houses, they usually assume a flat plot.

Does anyone know a prefabricated house manufacturer that also offers such houses for a sloping plot? I really can’t find anything about that. Could it be that no company really wants to take on such a project because a hillside house is a bit more demanding, as the slope actually presses against the house wall?

I also have some concerns about the quality of the houses!

A house on a slope, whether a prefab or solid house, is best managed with a solid basement that is properly sealed towards the back. However, for a slope, it takes more than simply placing a standard house on a basement – somehow the outdoor area and the house must form a symbiosis – in my opinion, T+C, which does not deviate from the standard in my view, is not suitable for this. There are better house providers (including prefab houses) who offer an architect for such special plots – but that is then also a different price range. I believe I have seen something like this on the websites/catalogs of Schwörerhaus or Luxhaus.

but of course there are also prefabricated house providers who offer solutions for a sloping plot.

Prefabricated house today (at least from the high-quality manufacturers) no longer means that there are only standard houses with standard floor plans. Our prefabricated house, for example, is completely individually planned according to our specifications.

In addition to the providers mentioned by ypg, I would also inquire with Weberhaus, Weiss Haus and Keitel-Haus.
