Ground plan design, hipped roof opinions welcome

Good evening,

we are currently working on the floor plan and would appreciate opinions/suggestions for improvement regarding the room layout. For the ground floor, we have three variants.

A few key data:
-basement
-hip roof
-670 sqm plot

A few key data:

eight corners (ground floor), four corners (upper floor) *LOL* Regarding the background of the design (goals, approach, ...) I assume you don't want to limit our imagination (?) The staircase looks strange, with its elongated spiral steps - even if it can fit in size.

Did someone steal the questionnaire?
If not, please fill it out. Otherwise, nothing constructive will happen.
