Ground floor plan city villa - stairwell problem, optimization

Hello dear building friends, I would like to get your opinion on the floor plan. It would basically fit, but I just can't get used to the stairwell. We are planning a city villa with two residential units, which is how the plan with the stairwell came about. Does anyone have any suggestions for improvement. Many thanks

Do you also have measurements for the rooms? Just with the drawing, one can’t really help you. What are your wishes/goals? Questionnaire filled out?

Exterior stairs. But since I don’t know anything else about the house (not even the floor plan above), I could also say elevator.
