Grohe Essence 4-hole bathtub combination

does anyone have experience with the 4-hole tub combination from Grohe Essence? Here we are wondering if the shower hose works well with it...

I just looked at it for the first time and rather wonder: if it doesn't work well, where does the leakage then drip (?)
