Hi, maybe someone here can help, I want to afford a greenhouse, vegetables are getting more and more expensive.

The question for me is whether I should use full glazing here or preferably plexiglass, which also lets sunlight through but at the same time prevents too much sun from burning the vegetables?

Hi, well I think full glass and then also thermal insulation glass is better here, it looks much nicer :) of course this is also a cost issue, ok, with Plexiglas you can probably build the whole thing much cheaper.

That is a good idea to set up a greenhouse. I am in favor of full glass, it looks better and with this thermal insulation glass the requirements are met.

Hi Kurt, but also more expensive, by far more expensive when it comes to the construction at first. It is not for nothing that the large greenhouses are mostly only covered with a stable foil to keep costs under control here. When I look at the vegetable prices in the store, such a greenhouse is definitely something to consider.

I also notice that the prices for vegetables have risen sharply. I will also set up a greenhouse. But it will be made of foil and my neighbor has had one like that for a year already. The costs here are manageable.
