Hello everyone,
I have been a silent reader here for a long time, but slowly it is becoming concrete for me as well and.. well, the more you think about it, the more questions arise.
It is always recommended when building a house to have your own building savings contract as a "neutral" entity in addition to the builder’s contract.
Now the question is, what should the service look like and to what extent? I am looking for a reasonable amount.
- Number of visits?
- Special stages in the construction progress?
- Other services, e.g. comparison of offers or obtaining them?
- Technical advice on various (layman) questions?
- What does the building savings contract do, and what does it not do?
Then, regarding the general comparison of offers, you do have or should have a basic idea of where the journey is going. Be it heating technology, masonry, windows, etc. pp.
But of course, various construction companies also offer different brands. How can one even estimate this or reasonably compare it approximately?
It goes without saying that every company builds somewhat differently, but it is especially the details that make the difference. Be it in price or quality.
Thank you all.
Best regards,
Robert
