Dear forum,
In 2015, a Geberit concealed cistern with 2 flush buttons was installed for me. Unfortunately, on the picture behind the flap, I only found the article number for the lifting bell seal (816.418.00.1). Until Easter 2024, everything worked without problems. Gradually, the bell in the large flush cycle lowered faster and faster until it flushed for about the same length of time as the small button.
Since I do not have an article number, I will briefly describe the opening process: The actuator plate is pushed upwards and removed. Next, on the left and right, a blue slider each must be pushed up or down to unlock 2 levers. Both can be turned 90° and pulled out. This removes the black retaining bracket. Behind it is a white wall that can be removed from 2 levers at the top. Then the bracket for the actuation levers is unlatched and removed. To remove the bell, both blue lifting pins must be bent off from the bell (otherwise they do not fit through the inspection opening) and a gray/black bracket on the back wall that holds the bell in position must be unclipped.
I cleaned the bell and unfortunately noticed no improvement after reinstallation. The bell is set to 6 liters. It can still be adjusted to 4.5 liters and 7.5 liters. Since it worked with 6 liters for 9 years, I left it at that (I don’t want to break anything). Above this adjustment there is still a blue adjustment option with + and -. The sliding part was in the middle. I turned it completely to +. This also did not bring any improvement.
Other solutions found online were that the lifting pins were too long and touched the back wall. However, my toilet flush worked for 9 years, and within half a year, the flush cycle became shorter and shorter until now it is as short as the small flush cycle. Of course, by pressing the large and also the small button longer, I can extend the flush cycle.
Sometimes the cistern flushes normally for 1 or 2 flush cycles if I previously opened it. It must be something small.

First of all, I thank anyone who has read this and of course I look forward to responses.
Best regards
