Good morning everyone,
I have a question about hot water preparation.
The following situation: I live alone in the house, my 8-year-old son is with me every 2nd week.
Now I wonder whether I should set the hot water preparation to Eco or Comfort mode and if my settings for hot water and circulation are okay?
Mon-Fri
Hot water between 6-7 and 16-18.
Sat-Sun
Hot water between 7-8:30, 11-12, and 17-18.
Circulation:
Mon-Fri --> 6-7:30 and 16-18:30
Sat-Sun --> 7:30-9, 11-12:30, and 17-18:30
Switching frequency 4/h
Hot water: 51°C and 20k flow increase, the boiler then heats up to about 60°C
Is this okay from your point of view?
Someone else told me to set it to Eco and hot water 24/7, which would apparently use less energy and reduce Legionella growth. Somehow it's not easy at all to know the right way now?
Thanks and best regards
Micha
