Hello everyone,
I am planning, according to the attached picture, to build a garden house or tool shed in autumn 2025 or spring 2026.
I have paved an approximately 4.50m large area on the east side of my outdoor facility to build something about the size of max. 270x190cm.
The ground: I had dug out about 30cm deep, filled with gravel, compacted (vibrated) and then paved accordingly and compacted again afterwards.
So I should have no problems regarding the foundation. My idea was to build something without a floor so that I can use the paved area directly as the floor.
Has anyone done something similar and can recommend a manufacturer of a kit accordingly?
Is it also possible to build something yourself here and does anyone have recommendations?
Price-wise we are actually quite open... We don’t want a tin shack for 300€, but also not a second home for 3,000€.
I think that in this quite small size we can get something reasonable that is still affordable.
Any other hints/tips to keep in mind?
Looking forward to input! Thanks!
