Hello,
I am facing the decision whether the garage (flat roof) should have a concrete ceiling or a wooden ceiling. The architect said both are fine and usual, it would be a matter of "taste".
Since we are doing the walls ourselves - we would be more flexible with wood, with concrete we would depend on the delivery date for the concrete ceilings of the ground floor and might have to work a bit harder to finish the ground floor on time.
Where do the differences become noticeable? Durability, structural engineering, processing or something else?
What is cheaper? For concrete we were charged 1550 euros for the ceiling panels.
What could a wooden ceiling cost?
Thank you very much for the information!
