Hello everyone,
we have a prefabricated house built with a timber frame construction.
Just now I noticed a gap in a wall, which I don't think was this big before. (Pictures are attached)
Could it be that the wall has "settled"? The screed was applied yesterday.
Do you think this gap is too big and concerning? If yes, how should it be closed? I guess not by foaming :) I have the impression the manufacturer will just plaster over it when plastering.
