Dear Sir or Madam, in my attic apartment there is the following problem in one room: Above the walls and below the [Innenverschalung] of the roof there is a gap all around the room that was not "sealed" or anything similar. In all other rooms silicone was used to close this gap. In this room the gap is too large to use silicone; to put it better, I would need a lot of silicone to close this gap. What other options are there to close this gap? Foaming, filling with ready-made filler ...? Then silicone on top for the appearance? I would be very happy to receive an answer. Thank you very much and have a nice evening. Brett

Hello Brett,

without knowing the exact wall structure and construction details: basically, there are joint profiles made of rubber for joints that are too wide/deep (for example, available at the hardware store in the window department). Maybe that would be something for you?
