Hello dear forum members,
if anyone has experience with this topic or even just an idea, I would appreciate your replies.
We bought 2 small plots to build 1 house here. The plots will be merged. According to the development plan and contract, the plots are fully connected (and not "customarily" fully connected). This means all utilities are connected on the property. According to the as-built plan, the water connections of the two plots HA1 and HA2 are shown. We found HA1 on one plot, as the inspection shaft with about 30 cm diameter is clearly visible. But HA2 is not visible!!!!!! The seller told us to dig. After 50 cm I stopped because of the clay layer. He said the connection could be at a depth of 125 cm! Now the question: Since we have bought 2 fully connected plots, there should be an inspection shaft on each plot, or am I wrong? Both water connections with inspection shafts (including elevation details of the top edge of the cover) are marked in the as-built plan as HA1 and HA2. On other plots in the development area, the inspection shafts are also clearly visible. Our opinion is that we now want the seller to show us the connection and to demand that he installs the inspection shaft at his expense. Are we right with this opinion?
I would be happy if you could give us a tip here.
Regards
