Good day everyone,
we are planning the ceiling on the upper floor as a concrete ceiling instead of a wooden structure - now it is about the insulation in the upper floor/roof.
According to the energy saving regulations, the roof no longer needs to be insulated, insulation on the concrete ceiling is also sufficient.
The attic space is not used by us (city villa - 2 full floors) as living space, but only as utility space.
Since full rafter insulation is of course significantly more expensive, the question arises whether insulation on the concrete ceiling is sufficient?
