Frosty BCF228/64 squeaks

Hello,
my new fridge/freezer combination squeaks and howls like crazy! At first I thought it was a warning signal, but it seems to be the fan. Does anyone know if I can fix it myself - or does a technician have to come?
How do I even get to the fan? If I turn the device off and then on again immediately, it is quiet for a while. But then it starts again.

The device only came onto the market in 2012. Are there others with the same problem?

plain and simple, call the manufacturer's customer hotline and have someone come by. It’s definitely not normal, but it can happen, especially if you transport the fridge lying down, for example. I have a side-by-side fridge that made a horrible noise despite being transported upright. The technician came, replaced the part under warranty, and the house was quiet again. ;)
