Frostig-BFC228/64 no freezing in the upper freezer compartment

Hello dear community,

My new fridge/freezer combo is worrying me! The cooling performance is not satisfactory. Both in the fridge and in the freezer section. In the top of the three freezer compartments, the frozen goods are thawing in the upper area of the compartment, although -19 degrees C is set. At the bottom of this compartment, it is obviously (just) below zero, as some of the frozen goods are frozen there. I just disposed of the contents. Occasionally the fridge screeches very loudly, a short switch off ends the concert. I have had the fridge for 9 weeks. Can anyone help me, are there similar observations with this device newly added to the range?
