Hello, in 2005 I took out €130,000 for a new house. First payment in October 2005, move-in in March 2006. The whole thing runs via a [Bausparvertrag] (which is set at €130,000), which after 10 years (the duration of the initial financing) will have a sum of €51,000 on it. The [Bausparvertrag] is due for allocation in the third quarter of 2015. Now I am already asking banks what I would have to pay if I had to take out €80,000 and am thus obtaining offers. The current [Bausparer] has also made offers, but I do not find my monthly payments and the length of the term particularly advantageous. To be honest, I do not know what to do and with whom I should conclude the follow-up financing. Does anyone have a good idea? Thanks Avatar
