Hello!

We have received our first draft drawing from the developer. I would appreciate your feedback or suggestions for improvement.

Regards

As so often: a luxury suite for the parents facing south and child 2 has to make do with northeast and 10 sqm. It may of course be that only one child is planned/present. Therefore, please fill out the questionnaire in advance. Child 1 has a nice room, although I would still put the parents' bedroom on the other side here. Consider whether you really want a south-facing room for sleeping. As so often: a luxury suite for the parents facing south and child 2 has to make do with northeast and 10 sqm. Hello, we only have one child, but more are planned. Actually, we didn't want such a large parents' bedroom, but the designer doesn't seem to have quite understood that. It was only important to us that our current bedroom fits in (3m wardrobe and 1.80m x 2.00m bed). Somehow we are also not satisfied with the floor plan upstairs, but we don't know how to do it differently or better.

I haven’t taken the measurements into account, but I’ve divided the rooms in a classic way, as you usually see in most floor plans. Maybe this is better for you. Just a sketch for consideration. The rooms can be made larger or smaller quite easily by moving the large vertical wall. However, the bathroom would then be above the guest room. The question is how often guests come...

Great, thank you very much. We had actually thought of it in this way too. We hardly have guests at all; it should serve more as a small study. The question now is, of course, whether through the change, the access to the attic is still possible. It is supposed to be converted later and a space-saving staircase installed at this point.
