Hm .... dimensions on the house?

Style should be clarified ... bay window and shed roof don't fit. It should possibly also be clarified whether 6.5 m eaves height is sufficient. Could be critical towards the garden.

Rooms should be furnished ... especially the living area with the stylish bathroom in the middle.

Where was the technology supposed to go again? Does the 3 m distance to the neighbor still fit?

North arrow on all plans avoids having to search for such information first and then constantly convert it mentally. Official site plans are also usually oriented north.

I don’t understand the draft. A shed roof with a continuous dormer is supposed to reach a maximum of 6.5 meters? That will be much higher given the width of the house. And if you need windows there, you don’t plan this kind of shed roof.
What do the windows in the upper front illuminate? The attic, which is outside the 6.50?

2D does not match the idea of the 3D view.
An upper floor with a roof is much narrower in use anyway.
Then there are things like arbitrary exterior walls without any rules, bathroom in the living room, mini dressing room where no wardrobe fits.
The Ying/Yang children’s rooms are the crowning glory.
And there is the roof pitch...

Sorry, but you have no idea of 3D to 2D. And with 2D there is also a lack of spatial understanding.

This is totally useless.
P.S. I have never written this before!

... the thing with the children's rooms is probably the ground floor ... but you're still right, none of it fits together.

J

now I see it too
The ridge height may also be 10 meters...
But it is like this: no clear line can cause confusion

But can the high side of a shed roof be called a ridge .. at least the way it is planned?
